Interpoll Labs’ field services department consistently provides innovative solutions to intricate environmental problems for many private and governmental sector clients. This department is able to offer a wide scope of comprehensive sampling, monitoring and analysis services. Proficient project managers and environmental technicians perform a variety of sampling and monitoring projects pertaining to groundwater, surface water, wastewater and soil. Projects can be taken from initial field sampling and analysis through report preparation.
Sampling is performed in accordance with standard operating procedures developed by Interpoll Labs. These procedures are based on the latest MPCA/EPA protocols and are routinely updated and on file with the MPCA.
Interpoll Labs field engineers provide wastewater sampling and flow monitoring in most types of manhole or open channel flow settings. Interpoll’s confined space entry teams are trained and equipped to have a professional approach to all safety-related issues. Clients can be assured that all site-specific safety protocols are being followed. Interpoll teams are equipped with remote gas sensing equipment, SCBA, rescue lifts and lifelines to assure safe entry.
Ambient Air Quality
Interpoll Labs is experienced in providing a full range of air quality monitoring services, including method development and planning, regulatory agency negotiations, station installation and operation, quality assurance activities and data reporting. In response to a client’s need for quality service on short notice, our monitoring systems are turnkey designs capable of operation with computerized data acquisition, processing and telemetry.
Interpoll Labs also provides air toxic monitoring services for industrial, landfill and hazardous waste site operations. These services include EPA methods TO-1, TO-2, TO-3, TO-4, TO-8, TO-9, TO-11, TO-13 and TO-14 for toxic organics, as well as on-site real time GC and/or GC/MS air analysis using mobile laboratories.
